Requirements
- 12+ years of professional services or consulting experience.
- 8–12 years in program or project management.
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery portfolios and managing large, distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow domains, delivery methodologies, and portfolio management.
- Deep expertise in consulting, professional services, enterprise delivery, client account management, and delivery governance.
- Understanding of enterprise AI delivery, including generative AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, agentic AI, workflow automation, and AI governance.
- Proven ability to build client trust, manage risk, and maintain strong financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred: Advanced certifications such as Agile, PMP, Scrum, or ServiceNow SPM.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and execution standards across the regional project portfolio.
- Serve as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for client executives, helping resolve complex delivery challenges and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects are appropriately staffed by partnering with resource management and delivery excellence teams.
- Maintain adherence to delivery methodologies while driving margin control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Provide active leadership on key engagements by guiding direction, resolving issues, and maintaining high delivery standards.
- Own the regional delivery portfolio, including forecasting, planning, financial performance, and margin achievement.
- Optimize the use of global delivery resources and collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple regions.
- Partner with sales leadership to expand existing accounts, secure new clients, and contribute to regional bookings growth.
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct and indirect delivery professionals.
