Job Details

10+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications within a high-growth organization.
Proven experience producing All Hands and other executive forums, including narrative development and executive prep.
Hands-on experience developing video communications and multi-channel employee engagement programs.
Strong executive presence with experience advising and writing for C-suite leaders.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for turning complex strategies into clear communications.
Experience supporting crisis, issues, and organizational change communications.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools for content creation and analysis with sound judgment.
Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor.

Own the strategy and execution of the internal communications program to keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged.
Lead the planning, narrative development, and production of All Hands and other company-wide forums.
Build and expand video communications capabilities, including executive updates and storytelling content.
Manage internal channels like Slack and email to ensure messaging is targeted and consistent.
Draft and refine communications for executives, including CEO messages and talking points.
Partner with Legal, People, and Corporate Communications teams on sensitive or high-stakes communication strategies.
Establish employee feedback and listening mechanisms to measure sentiment and program effectiveness.
