Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic internal communications, editorial, or journalism.
- Relevant degree (Journalism, Communications, PR, or related field).
- Exceptional writer and editor, able to refine dense or complex drafts.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI and other technical subject matter.
- Proven counselor to senior leaders with strong editorial judgment.
- End-to-end communications practitioner: experience in planning, research, writing, editing, distribution, and measurement.
- Fluency in Google Slides and Keynote.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-directed and collaborative with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new subject areas or client organizations quickly.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to your client leaders, providing counsel, feedback, and presentation coaching.
- Develop quality executive materials: leader-voice Slack posts and email notes, thought leadership, all-hands narratives, org change communications, and short-form scripts.
- Translate deeply technical work into compelling messages for both technical and non-technical employee audiences.
- Shape and align functional narratives to broader company priorities.
- Own the design and production of high-impact connection moments, defining narratives and building presentations.
- Serve as a trusted editor for the wider team, strengthening channel standards and shaping content measurement.
- Lead or support change management, crisis communications, and special projects.
