Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement.
- Excellent, clear, simple writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
- Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
- Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming for distributed/remote teams.
- Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately to tell a story.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and execute independently as a senior individual contributor.
- Experience working cross-collaboratively with employees and executives at all levels.
- Fluency with best practices across internal communication channels.
- Experience driving behavior change through communications and program design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework.
- Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across company platforms.
- Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
- Design and run an employee listening framework at a minimum quarterly cadence.
- Build and document a company-wide recognition framework, piloting and iterating based on results.
- Identify and launch culture initiatives grounded in company values.
- Design a connection framework for events and community programming for distributed teams.
- Analyze and present engagement data to drive decision-making.
