Requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in competency-based education principles
Responsibilities
- Develop communications strategies and stakeholder engagement plans that support adoption of CDAO data modernization, analytics, and AI initiatives
- Assess workforce data and AI literacy readiness using standardized instruments
- Design assessment instruments to measure training effectiveness
- Coordinate with Government employees to align field delivery models
- Ensure all training materials meet Section 508 accessibility requirements
- Oversee quality and consistency across all training and communications products produced by associate-level staff
