Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or HR.
- Proven expertise in facilitation and presentation with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning design, and instructional facilitation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Curious mindset focused on continuous improvement and feedback integration.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to cultivate trust-based relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Preferred: Certifications in facilitation, learning and development, or change management.
- Preferred: Knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences across programs like Change Agility, Crucial Learning, and manager development.
- Create toolkits, learning materials, and resources to foster change adoption, culture, and employee engagement.
- Support organizational change initiatives by evaluating impacts, stakeholder needs, and adoption risks.
- Develop learning and organizational effectiveness solutions to prepare teams for change and enhance performance.
- Lead change-related team discussions and learning sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce presentations, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
- Assess functional learning needs and translate findings into practical training solutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance on learning, development, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
