Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or human resources.
- Proven expertise in facilitation and presentation, including the capacity to engage diverse groups and navigate challenging conversations.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, learning design, and instructional facilitation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to cultivate trust-based relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Preferred: Professional certifications in facilitation, learning and development, or change management.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences across programs like Change Agility, manager development, and onboarding.
- Create toolkits and learning materials to foster culture initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Support organizational change initiatives by evaluating change impacts, stakeholder needs, and adoption risks.
- Develop learning and organizational effectiveness solutions to prepare teams for change and enhance performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce facilitator guides, presentations, and learning resources.
- Assess functional learning needs and translate findings into actionable learning solutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance on learning, development, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
