Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of quality processes.
- Ability to engage experienced manufacturing stakeholders.
- Clear presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Consultative, customer-facing approach.
- Ability to learn IntellaQuest's product and sales motion.
- Ability to travel periodically for customer visits, larger opportunities, and on-site work (up to 20%).
- Must reside within approximately two hours of a major airport.
- Preferred: Experience supporting pilots, technical evaluations, implementation, or pre-sales conversations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Account Management team on discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative customer conversations.
- Use hands-on quality engineering experience to understand customer workflows, requirements, and operational constraints.
- Prepare and deliver credible demonstrations tailored to manufacturing and quality use cases.
- Support customer pilots, evaluations, and follow-up conversations through expansion decisions.
- Help translate technical and operational requirements into clear recommendations for customers and internal teams.
- Contribute to the expansion team's revenue targets.
