Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with ownership of AI agents or AI-powered products.
- Direct experience building or managing AI agents that operate across conversational channels such as voice, chat, SMS, and email.
- B2B SaaS experience using and understanding the capabilities of frontier LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
- Ability to design, test, and refine prompts that define AI behavior, context, and constraints.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, natural language processing (NLP), and core concepts of conversational and agentic AI.
- Technical knowledge of context and knowledge retrieval approaches, including RAG, CAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Ability to break down complex AI systems and agent behaviors into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Experience with AI development and observability frameworks such as LangChain or LangSmith is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field strongly preferred.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate technical concepts into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI platform product roadmap, including research, discovery, prioritization, delivery, evaluation, and iteration.
- Define and document product requirements for shared AI platform capabilities, including agent configuration, AI evaluations, guardrails, and knowledge management.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to build innovative, enterprise-level AI and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to design and implement AI-driven capabilities for admins, renters, and leasing agents.
- Partner with business stakeholders and external AI partners to clarify technical requirements, dependencies, and risks.
- Use data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve AI platform quality and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to standardize AI systems, reduce failure modes, and ensure efficient resolution of issues.
- Drive adoption of AI platform capabilities through launches, training, and cross-functional enablement.
