Requirements
- 6+ years of sales or marketing success selling Retirement and preferably Multiple Employer products
- Extensive product knowledge in the pooled plan space
- Strong marketplace relationships with brokers and consultants
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Series 6 license
- Series 63 license
- Proven track record of sales success
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Build relationships across the organization to promote the growth of pooled plan solutions
- Attend and lead client, broker, advisor, TPA and consultant meetings
- Provide training to local field teams
- Attend industry conferences to build Voya brand and reputation
- Partner with Marketing to develop collateral helpful for growth in this space
- Support implementation and client service on an as needed basis
- Support onboarding of new team members
