Requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, IS, AI) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience within Supply Chain Management (e.g., Planning, Customer Operations, S&OP/IBP).
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, and AI/Machine Learning.
- Demonstrated expertise driving complex cross-functional transformation programs.
- Experience translating technology opportunities into measurable business value.
- Strong track record of influencing executive stakeholders without formal authority.
- Proven delivery of measurable improvements in operational performance.
- Experience within global and matrix organizations.
- Experience within regulated industries such as MedTech, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Drive and accelerate AI-enabled transformation across the global Supply Chain organization.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI opportunities aligned with business strategy and operational priorities.
- Partner with Supply Chain leaders to identify and evaluate high-impact AI use cases for demand planning, S&OP, logistics, and procurement.
- Lead rapid pilot initiatives to validate AI use cases, define success metrics, and scale solutions across the organization.
- Increase AI literacy and digital capability across the organization through frameworks, playbooks, and training.
- Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and technology strategies.
- Act as a change leader to guide teams through technical and organizational adoption of AI initiatives.
