Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives).
- Previous experience in people management.
- Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members.
- Experience supporting professional development of team members.
- Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with individual team members.
- Ability to guide and support a proactive team in its day-to-day work.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Support and guide the team in applying Scrum and Agile practices.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with individual team members.
- Support professional and career development of team members, including development plans.
- Participate in or conduct performance reviews.
- Use Jira to track relevant team information and metrics.
