Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in agile delivery.
- 4+ years of experience on enterprise data, BI, or analytics programs.
- Proven track record of improving agile maturity and delivery metrics.
- Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps administration.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to operate as a senior lead without a project manager layer.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage the engagement backlog in Azure DevOps, including prioritization and capacity planning.
- Coach teams on agile practices like vertical-slice delivery, story slicing, and WIP limits.
- Coordinate dependencies across data engineering, BI, security, DevOps, and UX workstreams.
- Translate sprint metrics into delivery health narratives for client steering committees.
- Remove technical and organizational blockers independently as the senior delivery lead.
