Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project and/or Program Manager.
- Strong background as a Scrum Master working with IT and Business organizations.
- Experience in custom software development, including website and mobile application projects.
- Proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Scrum Master certification (preferred).
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA (preferred).
- Prior experience working with US-based companies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Utilize project management best practices and the Agile/Scrum framework to guide teams and clients.
- Communicate product vision and project status to stakeholders and product owners.
- Foster an environment of self-organization and accountability within the development team.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate team and client discussions with both co-located and virtual members.
- Drive clarity and minimize complexity by evolving project plans.
