3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile development environments
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, or SAFe)
Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management
Experience with user stories, prioritization, and estimation techniques
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across business stakeholders and technical teams
Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify incomplete or ambiguous business requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Translate business needs into clear user stories, ticket descriptions, and acceptance criteria
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, resolving gaps and ambiguities
Act as liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicting priorities
Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Architect, and development team to support planning and delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Scrum events
Support estimation activities and maintain a high-quality product backlog
Drive process improvements to enhance backlog quality and delivery efficiency
Create and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and alignment
