Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within data, analytics, technology, or AI-driven environments.
- 4+ years of experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate executive interviews, stakeholder workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Strong ability to transform ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, user stories, process models, and actionable solution concepts.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using AI or Generative AI tools to improve business analysis and client delivery activities.
- Understanding of data, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and their application to business transformation.
- Familiarity with organizational adoption and change management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of reusable business analysis assets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive and stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to uncover root-cause business problems and establish project vision, scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Map current-state and future-state value streams and business processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or AI augmentation.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and user journeys for data, AI, ML, and GenAI solutions.
- Specify AI and model-related requirements, including behavior, guardrails, explainability, human oversight, and performance expectations.
- Support PoCs, pilots, experimentation, and rollout activities, including test design and UAT oversight.
- Partner with architects and development teams to ensure solutions address business needs.
- Use Generative AI tools and agentic technologies to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.
- Maintain ownership of business analysis deliverables while coaching and mentoring team members.
