Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across organizational levels.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Visio.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate daily business analysis activities.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches.
- Familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive discovery and workshops to define project scope, vision, and success metrics.
- Map current and future state value streams to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI, ML, and GenAI features.
- Define data requirements, including quality, privacy constraints, and model behavior.
- Support experimentation, pilot rollouts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor and coach junior team members.
- Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and design processes.
