Requirements
- Fluent English (conversation and technical documentation).
- Solid experience in Data Science, Operations Research, or Optimization Engineering.
- Expertise in Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP) and optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar).
- Solid experience with AWS.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Heuristic algorithm design for large-scale combinatorial problems.
- Proven experience delivering optimization solutions to production.
- Experience with multi-objective optimization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into mathematical formulations.
- Experience working collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, 2-week sprints).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement two-tier optimization engines including heuristic algorithms and Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP).
- Maximize audience impressions delivery by optimizing inventory, pricing, and business constraints.
- Collaborate with client domain experts throughout the development process.
- Work within an agile environment utilizing 2-week sprints.
- Translate business requirements into mathematical formulations.
