Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients.
- Expertise in Agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Experience with modern digital ecosystems such as headless CMS, E-commerce, and personalization tools.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools including JIRA, Confluence, Notion, and Google Suite.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and AI workflows to accelerate planning and documentation.
- Proven ability to critically evaluate and refine AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience partnering with senior client leadership.
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder discussions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex digital projects and programs from initiation to completion, managing scope, roadmaps, timelines, resourcing, and budgets.
- Translate client business outcomes into actionable project plans and execution strategies.
- Own core delivery artifacts including SOWs, resource trackers, status reports, and risk logs.
- Manage agentic delivery accountability, including human review and approval for all AI-assisted outputs.
- Facilitate key client meetings and workshops to drive project milestones and strategic outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior project management staff.
