12+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in customer engagement, CRM, marketing, or communications.
5+ years leading and developing teams of product managers in complex, multi-product environments.
Deep familiarity with the customer engagement and email service provider landscape.
Demonstrated ability to own a revenue-generating product line with accountability for business outcomes.
Strong strategic instincts with a bias for execution and ability to operate at the intersection of vision and delivery.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align stakeholders.
Experience applying hypothesis-driven development and experimentation to accelerate product-market fit.

Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for CEG covering CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, and SMS.
Manage the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end, including revenue performance reporting, engagement strategies, and roadmap decisions.
Build a competitive customer engagement platform by prioritizing investments in CRM, automations, communication channels, and advanced segmentation.
Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product managers, focusing on hypothesis-driven development and roadmap rigor.
Partner with Engineering and Design leads to deliver outcomes and maintain velocity on high-priority initiatives.
Collaborate across the Squarespace ecosystem to integrate CEG products into the broader platform.
Champion the use of data and AI to create personalized outreach and smarter automation flows.
