Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management or related technology leadership roles.
- 5+ years of direct experience building and scaling Risk Adjustment, RADV/Audit, or Quality solutions for health plans.
- Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment methodologies (CMS-HCC, RxHCC, HHS-HCC).
- Familiarity with coding workflows (ICD-10, MEAT criteria) and retrospective/prospective clinical reviews.
- Proven track record of shipping AI/ML capabilities into healthcare workflows (e.g., NLP, predictive models).
- Experience shipping and embedding SaaS products within complex enterprise payer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing product management teams.
- Exceptional memo-writing and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year product strategy for Risk Adjustment, RADV, and HEDIS/Quality product lines.
- Develop an AI-native product roadmap utilizing NLP, LLMs, and automated chart retrieval.
- Ensure product compliance with evolving CMS, HHS, and state regulatory requirements.
- Direct product managers to unify risk analytics, coding workflows, and audit tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with payer executives, including CMOs and Chief Risk Officers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to support GTM initiatives and upsell opportunities.
- Represent the company's product perspective in external industry advisory boards and forums.
