Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management (ideally consumer-facing products).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex signals into clear recommendations.
- First principles thinker comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
- Diligent follow-through and ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Deeply customer-centric mindset with interest in customer feedback and behavior.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with global business hours for engineering coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages to simplify complex insurance user flows.
- Manage quote shopping experiences by improving information display and integrating diverse insurance carrier models.
- Personalize user experiences based on personas and marketing channels.
- Integrate new product verticals like home, motorcycle, and roadside assistance into the existing car insurance funnel.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and leadership to identify and ship high-impact product improvements.
- Translate complex backend system constraints into elegant and clear user experiences.
