- Fluent in English.
- Proven track record of building pipelines through cold outreach and market research.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and meet strict KPI metrics.
- Strong communication skills and customer-friendly approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with digital music assets including audio, artwork, and metadata.
Responsibilities
- Review digital assets for eligibility and verify correct ownership splits.
- Scout and identify high-value independent artists, labels, and catalogs.
- Pitch Too Lost services to key decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Educate clients on product suite and upsell to higher-tier services.
- Advise on catalog optimization to drive mutual ROI.
- Act as the primary liaison between artists and the onboarding team.
- Identify and resolve delivery conflicts, double-claiming, and takedown issues.
- Perform post-ingestion quality control across DSPs.
