Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proven experience in prioritizing workload to meet objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to change and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a metric-driven environment.
- Familiarity with MacOS and G-Workspace (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage your pipeline through proactive outreach and effective follow-up.
- Drive revenue by connecting with current and prospective customers and recommending tailored solutions.
- Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to move deals forward.
- Provide a consultative, value-based experience in every interaction.
- Implement feedback from coaching sessions and leadership consistently.
- Maintain accurate, detailed notes in Salesforce and TalkDesk after each interaction.
- Continuously build product and industry knowledge.
