Job Details

Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
Fluent Portuguese and advanced Spanish and English language proficiency.
Hands-on ABAP development experience on SAP S/4HANA including ABAP OO, BAdIs, CDS views, AMDP, and OData.
Strong software engineering foundation including system design, API design (REST/webhooks), Git, CI/CD, and observability.
Deep understanding of SAP clean-core principles and extensibility patterns.
Experience with Brazilian localization (NF-e, SPED, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF) and LATAM fiscal/regulatory changes.
Working knowledge of SAP Basis, transport governance (STMS/ChaRM), and SAP Integration Suite.
Programming experience in at least one general-purpose language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java).
Experience leading technical squads in regulated environments like fintech, banking, or payments.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as BACEN, LGPD, and SOX.

Lead the hands-on technical execution of the squad's roadmap in partnership with the Product Owner.
Own the technical governance and evolution of the SAP S/4HANA landscape end to end.
Design, develop, and review ABAP solutions including enhancements, CDS views, AMDP, and OData services.
Manage the architecture of the Corporate Systems ecosystem beyond SAP, ensuring a secure and auditable stack.
Define and implement the SAP and Corporate Systems operating model, including support, escalation, and change management.
Govern fiscal, legal, and regulatory updates for Brazil and LATAM, ensuring platform compliance.
Establish security baselines for SAP and corporate systems in partnership with Security and GRC teams.
