Requirements
- Proven experience acting as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization.
- Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern distributed system design.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Oversee the implementation, evolution, and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring robust versioning, security, and best practices.
- Guarantee system reliability and scalability by establishing standards for unit and integration testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
- Lead code reviews, mentor senior and junior engineers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Oversee seamless integration of legacy and modern systems.
- Drive the optimization of CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines.
- Partner with product managers and cross-border stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
