Requirements
- 7+ years in commercial software development.
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in Flutter/Dart.
- Hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
- Deep mastery of Dart internals (isolates, async, null safety) and Flutter's rendering pipeline.
- Strong system design and architectural thinking capabilities.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Bloc or Riverpod.
- Proficiency in testing methodologies (unit, widget, integration) and monorepo tools like Melos.
- Experience with high-frequency real-time data handling (WebSockets, protobuf/JSON).
- Knowledge of mobile security standards (certificate pinning, obfuscation, anti-tampering).
- Effective technical communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and guide professional development.
Responsibilities
- Own high-level mobile system architecture and define stable, modular patterns.
- Translate business goals into technical blueprints and drive system design decisions.
- Evaluate new mobile technologies to solve complex scale challenges.
- Contribute hands-on code to critical systems and core framework libraries.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for high-severity production issues.
- Optimize app performance, including UI/raster jank diagnosis and memory leak analysis.
- Partner with product managers and team leads to align roadmaps and release schedules.
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and store submission processes.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and personal development plans.
