Requirements
- Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or technical reference within software development teams.
- Strong professional experience with .NET.
- Deep understanding of software systems, code, components, and technical dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and Cloud Native architecture concepts.
- Knowledge of applications running on Kubernetes, including ingress, load balancing, and networking.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipelines, particularly with Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, and align technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to transform business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence through technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and act as a reference point for software development teams.
- Design and evaluate software solutions based on business requirements, scalability, and maintainability.
- Apply .NET expertise to guide technical direction and support robust software systems.
- Analyze code, components, and system dependencies to ensure sound technical decisions.
- Guide the adoption of cloud and Cloud Native architecture principles.
- Support technical decisions involving Kubernetes applications, ingress, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Translate business problems into clear, sustainable technical solutions.
- Facilitate negotiation and alignment between different technical and business stakeholders.
