Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, program management, technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of progressive program, project, or business leadership experience.
- Experience leading large-scale, highly complex, cross-functional, and high-visibility programs.
- Proven experience operating in environments governed by government contracts or highly regulated contractual frameworks.
- Advanced expertise in scope, schedule, budget, financial management, risk, and change control.
- Strong understanding of statements of work, service-level commitments, and compliance obligations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and navigate politically sensitive matters.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate operational and financial program impacts.
Responsibilities
- Establish strategic direction, priorities, and governance for complex programs.
- Manage cross-functional workstreams involving Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
- Represent the enterprise in external stakeholder engagements and contractual negotiations.
- Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, financial health, and risk management.
- Ensure execution complies with government contracts, regulations, and audit requirements.
- Lead executive-level program reviews, escalations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Influence senior leadership and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
