Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, technical program management, or hardware program leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex systems from concept through development, production, and operational use.
  • Experience with complex electronic, RF, or electromechanical systems in aerospace, defense, space, or telecommunications environments.
  • Strong understanding of requirements, architecture, verification, validation, configuration, and technical risk management.
  • Experience integrating hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and infrastructure workstreams.
  • Experience building integrated engineering plans, including managing critical paths and resource constraints.
  • Experience managing international infrastructure, permitting, regulatory, or site-acceptance dependencies.
  • Familiarity with requirements-management, PLM, ERP, and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to build scalable program-management practices and mentor technical program leaders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary radar, hardware, manufacturing, deployment, and operational-readiness programs from definition through completion.
  • Translate product requirements, technical objectives, and customer commitments into program definitions with clear scope, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Own the integrated technical program baseline and coordinate execution across engineering, supply chain, infrastructure, and operations teams.
  • Manage technical readiness, risk, and change management throughout the product lifecycle, from architecture through operational handoff.
  • Coordinate the transition of radar and hardware products from engineering development into repeatable production.
  • Provide forward-looking program reviews to senior leadership, including updates on milestones, critical-path changes, and resource conflicts.
  • Build and lead a scalable technical program management function to support cross-functional execution.
