Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or finance at a SaaS or healthtech company.
- Strong SQL fluency with experience querying warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Working fluency in at least one BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills with an emphasis on auditability and presentation.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, LTV, and CAC.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Comfort presenting complex financial analysis to enterprise-level audiences.
- Experience with Stripe, QuickBooks, or similar billing platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets across multiple sources.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend the company's financial models, revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and cash flow projections.
- Prepare and maintain board reporting packages, including financial performance and pipeline analysis.
- Own the annual budget process and periodic reforecasting with department leads.
- Develop custom financial proposals and EBITDA lift models for enterprise veterinary network prospects.
- Model revenue recognition mechanics including ASC 606 allocations.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in BI tools like Sigma.
- Participate in customer negotiations to present financial analysis to CFOs and procurement teams.
