Requirements

- Demonstrated career progression with clear evidence of success.
- Proven track record of excellence across multiple domains, including building, fixing, and leading functions.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people, either directly or cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with extreme ambiguity and full accountability.
- Fluency with AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to define briefs, build plans, execute, and report results with data.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead company priorities by taking initiatives from ambiguous brief to shipped outcome.
- Identify and capture emerging growth and revenue opportunities across product, go-to-market, and partnerships.
- Assume full ownership of standalone functions, verticals, or teams, including turnaround situations.
- Recruit and lead high-performing teams, setting high standards for delivery.
- Design and implement scalable operations, leveraging AI tools to automate internal workflows.
