Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong exposure to financial services, fintech, FX, or crypto-related environments.
- Solid experience with commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience supporting AML, KYC, sanctions, or financial compliance processes.
- Experience working with banks, PSPs, or regulated counterparties.
- Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border corporate structures.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
- Exceptionally clear, responsive communication skills.
- Law degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct first-pass reviews of cross-border commercial agreements, including vendor, banking, and PSP contracts.
- Coordinate contract execution, track key terms, and maintain records across group entities.
- Support negotiations by flagging legal and commercial risks for escalation.
- Assist with AML, KYC, sanctions, and financial crime compliance processes.
- Manage onboarding and due diligence for banks, PSPs, and regulated counterparties.
- Assist with regulatory filings, licensing applications, and ongoing submissions.
- Conduct legal research and advise on FX regulatory frameworks.
- Support the implementation of group-wide legal and compliance policies.
