Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, sales operations, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, M Query, and implementing security models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SQL scripting for relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently on complex assignments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Translate inputs from FTEs, ICs, and vendor agreements into budget and forecast models.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of materials for firm leadership.
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices and time/expense submissions to ensure accuracy.
- Develop models, workflows, and diagrams to support data analytics delivery.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
- Calculate portfolio management metrics, including revenue and ROI.
- Collaborate with finance and technology teams to enhance revenue tracking and forecasting.
