Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, business operations, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly financial close processes.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
- Experience working with SQL and/or business intelligence tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, or analyses for leadership audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of comfort working with financial data.
- Familiarity with tools such as Deel, Justworks, HubSpot, Attio, Greenhouse, or comparable systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and the ability to manage work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, including contractor payments and payroll reconciliation.
- Manage employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Support the monthly close process through journal entries, reconciliations, invoice tracking, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Maintain accurate, clean, and reconciled financial data across relevant systems.
- Partner with the Head of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Build and maintain Able’s leadership dashboard, covering key business metrics.
- Establish recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the leadership team.
- Define and document business metrics so teams are working from consistent definitions and data.
- Monitor data quality across systems such as HubSpot, Attio, Deel, and Greenhouse.
