Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Decision Scientist, or similar.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with complex, production-level SQL.
- Strong expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and causal inference.
- 3+ years of experience implementing custom tracking and analytics best practices using a CDP (e.g., Segment).
- Professional experience with BI and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience working with dbt and/or ETL environments.
- Hands-on experience with client-side analytics and tagging technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Amplitude).
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and subscription data modeling.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) or higher.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to define and evolve KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze subscription customer behavior to identify trends, growth opportunities, and retention challenges.
- Develop actionable insights that help inform product strategy and customer experience.
- Design and support A/B tests, including hypothesis development, statistical analysis, and post-test evaluation.
- Apply statistical methods and causal inference techniques to assess product and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve behavioral tracking and data models.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
