Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
- Ability to validate results from both a business and technical perspective.
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience preparing data requirements for AI or machine learning applications.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency for communication with international stakeholders.
- Track record of high-impact project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including ingestion, modeling, validation, and delivery.
- Implement automated testing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design data transformation layers and pre-aggregate business information for AI and analytics use.
- Collaborate with AI teams to prepare structured data and models.
- Build and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines using SQL and Python.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Deliver reliable data solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document architectural decisions.
