Requirements
- High School Diploma or greater.
- 4 years of experience in Construction, Quality Control, Customer Service, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with industry systems such as Reno Walk and Scopesy.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to handle moderately complex issues with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work under general supervision with attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Develop negotiation strategies and participate in negotiations with vendors on price, delivery, and terms.
- Provide supporting data and analytics to ensure informed decisions regarding vendor selection.
- Conduct data analysis to support management of vendor base and provide in-depth performance analysis.
- Uncover and understand client objectives, challenges, and needs through regular assessments.
- Proactively and reactively manage vendor relationships while leveraging internal resources.
- Minimize costs and maximize value through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
- Conduct pre and post project quality control checks.
- Interact cross-functionally to serve as an effective resource for the organization.
