Job Details

3+ years of experience in dealer relationship management, account management, customer success, dealer development, automotive retail, auto finance, or indirect lending.
Proven experience launching, onboarding, implementing, or activating new customer or dealer partnerships.
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and using CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets, or reporting tools.
Experience using customer or account data to identify risks, prioritize outreach, and develop growth or recovery plans.
Experience leading customer training, onboarding, performance reviews, or strategic meetings in a remote environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with dealership leadership and finance managers.
Ability to build or use automated reporting, email campaigns, or engagement workflows.
Familiarity with automotive technology such as RouteOne, Dealertrack, or dealership CRM systems is preferred.

Own the launch, ongoing relationship, engagement, and performance of an assigned portfolio of lower-volume, rural, and geographically dispersed dealer partners.
Lead remote dealer launches from initial handoff through readiness, training, activation, and early adoption.
Guide dealership leadership and frontline users in integrating Upstart into their lending strategy and sales workflows.
Analyze dealer performance data, such as application volume and funded loans, to identify growth opportunities and recovery needs.
Develop and execute engagement strategies including virtual business reviews, targeted outreach, and action-oriented account plans.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Risk, Product, and Operations to resolve dealer barriers and refine remote management models.
