Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, healthcare technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing commercial strategies or partnership programs, including negotiating complex enterprise agreements.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, EMRs, interoperability solutions, digital health organizations, or related healthcare ecosystems.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to move between long-term vision, market analysis, and hands-on execution.
  • Experience building a new business, market, partnership function, or growth channel from zero to one is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare integration technologies, referral workflows, interoperability platforms, or EMR ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with executive-level healthcare and provider leadership.
  • Experience designing, launching, measuring, and scaling strategic pilots.
  • Track record of creating repeatable commercial models, operating processes, and playbooks for emerging business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer and partner insights to influence product strategy and business decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with teams across product, engineering, clinical, marketing, legal, sales, customer success, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy, market priorities, target partner profile, and operating model for a new provider partnerships growth channel.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician organizations, EMR vendors, interoperability platforms, and referral workflow partners.
  • Establish and cultivate executive-level relationships with health system leaders, CMIOs, CIOs, service line leaders, digital health executives, and other strategic stakeholders.
  • Develop, structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise partnership agreements, including commercial models, pilot structures, and success criteria.
  • Design, launch, and manage provider referral pilots with clear objectives, measurement frameworks, ownership, and performance metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to remove barriers and deliver partnership initiatives.
  • Use partner feedback, market intelligence, and performance data to test assumptions, refine strategies, and influence product direction.
  • Translate pilot results and market learnings into repeatable partnership offerings, commercial models, playbooks, and scalable operating processes.
  • Establish and maintain the metrics, forecasting approach, ecosystem strategy, and operating cadence needed to scale the provider partnerships channel sustainably.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments.
