Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel development, business development, or strategic alliances within the SMB ecosystem.
- Proven experience leveraging partner ecosystems to build and close deals.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner-driven growth strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% for partner-facing activity.
- Experience working within the QuickBooks/Intuit ecosystem is a plus.
- Familiarity with Atlassian/Jira is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner-specific plans to achieve shared objectives.
- Manage partner sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
- Present the organization’s value proposition to stakeholders at multiple levels within partner organizations.
- Build and expand relationships across the partner ecosystem.
- Identify new opportunities and leverage partner networks to generate and close business.
- Lead and participate in regular Quarterly Business Reviews with channel leadership.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers to execute co-marketing opportunities.
- Support partner-facing initiatives such as events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate partner profiles and relationship data in Salesforce.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and travel as needed (50-60%).
