Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, PMO, strategic initiatives, product operations, or business operations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading enterprise projects, programs, or technology-enabled business transformation efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience with program governance, prioritization, enterprise planning, and financial tracking.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring Project Managers and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, PMO best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, portfolio management platforms, and executive presentation development.
  • Strong analytical, financial, organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.
  • Experience with HR technology, recruiting systems, or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise technology environments and workflow automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning, roadmap coordination, governance, and execution for strategic enterprise initiatives.
  • Evaluate incoming initiatives and resource requirements to support effective program prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop business cases and roadmaps that align with organizational strategy.
  • Manage cross-project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and executive forums to maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into portfolio health and delivery performance.
  • Mentor and coach Project Managers to support their professional development and strengthen delivery excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement across PMO processes, reporting standards, and technology-enabled delivery.
