Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent programs, Talent Acquisition, or a closely related field.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, adoption, and measurement.
  • Experience leading change-management initiatives involving significant process, program, or technology transitions.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting processes and the needs of candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience managing recruiting vendors, agencies, contingent workforce programs, or comparable external partners.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities including planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and create accountability without direct reporting authority.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior leaders, technical teams, and operational partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and turn complex problems into actionable plans.
  • Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of recruiting programs from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build comprehensive program plans covering milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and governance.
  • Lead the operational development and scaling of an internal mobility program.
  • Support talent-brand initiatives to strengthen the employer value proposition and candidate experience.
  • Identify process friction and design scalable, consistent ways of working through standardization and automation.
  • Lead change-management initiatives for major recruiting programs and technology transformations, including Applicant Tracking System transitions.
  • Manage contingent workforce programs by establishing standard operating procedures and performance metrics for vendors.
  • Facilitate working sessions to move complex initiatives forward and maintain stakeholder alignment.
