Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT process management, project management, and business relationship management.
- Strong understanding of IT management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, or Trello.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior executives.
- Strong decision-making skills for evaluating complex alternatives and autonomous action.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office and oversee the portfolio of IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership and governance across the IT portfolio while acting as a change agent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and senior executives.
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple IT projects ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Apply project management methodologies including PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Establish operational metrics, OLAs, and KPIs to measure performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of six professionals.
