Requirements
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, internet, social media, and email.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
- Ability to ask probing questions and provide accurate, supportive responses.
- Available for rotating shifts between 09:00 and 18:30 CET.
- Ability to work across multiple systems and internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment tasks for global and assigned regional projects.
- Perform cold calling to M3 Global Research panelists for project recruitment.
- Schedule interviews and plan panel recruitment solutions to maximize resources.
- Provide progress updates to project management teams and flag projects of concern.
- Meet monthly registration targets for Scandinavia and other assigned markets.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve respondent inquiries, complaints, and account issues.
- Investigate potential fraud and complete verification processes for new members.
- Perform link testing for online market research projects.
