Requirements

- Organized and reliable professional capable of working with senior leadership and external partners.

- Pragmatic approach to decision-making and project thoroughness.
- Experience in founder's office roles, fundraising, or GTM preferred.
- Experience with AI products or fast-moving technical environments preferred.
- Bias toward building internal tools like trackers and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own workstreams end to end, from strategy and analysis to execution.
- Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing materials and coordinating diligence.
- Support partnerships and GTM by researching, reaching out, and managing relationships.
- Help build the team by drafting role specs and coordinating the hiring pipeline.
- Bring structure to the company by building processes, trackers, and systems.
- Manage miscellaneous high-impact work including analysis, coordination, and follow-ups.
