Requirements
- Strong experience delivering complex Transition Programmes, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end transition lifecycle.
- Excellent written communication and bid-writing skills, with the ability to translate methodology and solutions into clear, compelling responses.
- Proven ability to establish and operate robust RAID management and governance structures.
- Experience leading multiple workstreams and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to develop, own and manage integrated transition plans and costed transition budgets.
- Experience presenting Transition Plans and approaches in customer-facing bid presentations.
- Background in coordinating transitions involving multiple suppliers or complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end transition programmes, from small, discrete transitions to large, complex, multi-workstream programmes, ensuring safe, compliant and controlled delivery.
- Own and manage Transition Plans, including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, exit, and go-live readiness, ensuring all activities support an operationally safe service transfer.
- Establish and drive programme governance (RAID management, working groups, boards, reporting, stage gates) and track progress against dependencies, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively across customers, incumbent suppliers, internal delivery teams and third parties to ensure alignment, collaboration and timely issue resolution.
- Produce high-quality bid responses and develop Transition Programme Plans for pre-sales activities, including costing transition budgets and presenting transition approaches during bid presentations.
