Requirements
- 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, house calls, home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
- Proven track record of recruiting, training, and managing growth teams.
- Experience in performance management, coaching, and professional development of staff.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with healthcare executives, medical directors, and facility administrators.
- Background in post-acute care settings and understanding of referral-based business models.
- Knowledge of hospice or home-based medical service delivery models and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement for home-based services.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel regionally 50% or more of the time.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard community liaisons to build referral partnerships.
- Develop training programs for growth staff on services, target markets, and methodologies.
- Implement performance management systems including goal setting, coaching, and reviews.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional health systems, medical groups, and enterprise clients.
- Oversee growth reporting and analytics functions to track team performance and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, marketing, and finance to ensure service delivery alignment and revenue growth.
