Requirements
- 6+ years in fast-moving technology organizations.
- Hands-on software engineering experience (platform, developer experience, or infrastructure).
- Fluency in the modern AI stack: coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor), MCP servers, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Infrastructure competence using Terraform or equivalent.
- Experience with major cloud providers and secrets/access management.
- Comfort working within CI/CD pipelines and understanding pipeline cost, latency, and failure modes.
- Proven track record of organizational change management, including training and enablement.
- Governance fluency covering data privacy, vendor evaluation, and access control.
Responsibilities
- Execute the AI enablement roadmap for engineering, product, and design organizations.
- Develop internal AI agents and automation for engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain MCP connectors into internal systems of record.
- Manage shared prompt and skill libraries and a governed knowledge layer.
- Own experiments end-to-end, including deploying and maintaining secure solutions in AWS.
- Drive organizational behavior change and adoption of AI tools.
