Requirements
- 6+ years in fast-moving technology organizations.
- Experience in platform engineering, developer experience, internal tools, or infrastructure.
- Daily, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack (coding agents, MCP servers, prompt and context engineering, RAG).
- Infrastructure competence: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), major cloud provider, and secrets/access management.
- Demonstrated ability to reason about CI/CD pipeline cost, latency, and failure modes.
- Proven experience with change management (champions programs, enablement content, training).
- Governance fluency in a regulated environment (data privacy, policy, access control).
- Ability to operate with autonomy once greenlighted.
- Strong judgment in moving fast while navigating approval processes.
Responsibilities
- Build against the AI enablement roadmap for the engineering, product, and design org.
- Build the internal stack hands-on, including AI agents, automations, and MCP connectors.
- Create and maintain shared prompt and skill libraries and a governed knowledge layer.
- Own AI experiments end to end, including deploying and maintaining secure infrastructure.
- Drive behavior change and adoption of AI tools across a medium to large organization.
